Gta 5 Online Ps5 Not Working

Unable to download GTA Five on PS5?

So i just got the PS5 and wanted to install the PS4 version of GTA V on my console. When i go to my library and select the game it takes me to the store where it tells me "You own the following products, which crusade a conflict with the product you're trying to purchase: Content from the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack". Is in that location any style to solve this? Doesnt permit me to download anything at all sadly...

Gta V on the PS5 is non gonna piece of work unless possibly the disc works merely im not certain, until the release mean solar day, where you need to buy it again anyway from what im enlightened of, but dont believe me fully as im not sure

I do own it on a disc, only the PS5 is a digital version, might that exist the problem? That y'all cant "gull" it into a digital version on the PS5?

Nope, probably has to do with a problem i mentioned in a different comment, where it deceit change a disc version into a digital version, cus that would make you able to sell the disc afterwards and go along the digital version. You probably just need to buy information technology again, it and then gives you a new licensce ofcourse

I have the exact same outcome. I bought gta v on disc for my PS4 years ago and then bought the criminal enterprise pack every bit an add on. At present I own the ps5 digital edition and can not purchase gta five for it as I already own the criminal enterprise starter pack and disc then it says it'south unavailable. Pretty weird how they don't offering just a standalone gta v with no starter pack included. Did you ever notice a resolve?

Hey, I just had this trouble and finally got it resolved. I had to open a ticket with Sony and they had to refund me the criminal enterprise starter pack toll which deleted the licences associated with my account. Then I could get to the shop finally and buy the digital version of gta.

Took almost 3 weeks of waiting for my ticket to come thru only information technology finally worked, just be patient.

I just don't know why you can't put information technology onto an external drive being it's a ps4 game or is it considering they formatted it to ps5 ???

Only got my PS5 and having this issue. Did y'all always resolve? Desire to be able to play GTA on my PS5 just I had a disc for PS4 and a digital edition PS5.

Yep got it resolved, but but past buying a PS5 version of GTAV. Somehow information technology doesnt grand a PS5 version when you had a PS4 disc version, cus of the licensing

Hey OP. When Sony revoked your license for the CESP, did that damage your GTAO business relationship at all? I've done lots of stuff since ownership information technology (similar trading the included properties for better locations, etc.) and merely want to know what happens after a revoke.

Idk why I have that same error code problem. In that location was an update yesterday so I'k trying (hopefully) download the ps4 gta5 now. It's downloading, all the same go the code but in he background it'south still downloading w a time guess of nine minutes. It'southward reading ( gta5 : version 1.37. And so imma wait and run into if not we're gonna have to wait till the subsequently version is out:/ sucks cuz that'due south the whole reason why I got the ps5 to stay on the gta life just unfortunately I've been reading and doing research and we might have to expect and see for the afterwards version coming out later this twelvemonth

Same consequence talked to Sony this forenoon they say information technology's a rockstar issue so reached out to rockstar and they say its a sony consequence. so pretty much y'all just gotta get someone who wants to do in that location job right that twenty-four hour period.
